As a Fully-Accredited BABCP Therapist and Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I offer high-quality CBT supervision. I have received supervision training as part of my core Clinical Psychology training, specialist CBT training, and then further specific CBT supervision training from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. I receive ongoing supervision of supervision from experts such as Dr Stirling Moorey and Dr Victoria Bream.

I follow the latest best practice guidelines, am familiar with the full range of disorders, and use a variety of methods e.g. demonstration, role-play, reflective practice, listening to tapes, to ensure your practice is developed to the highest standard it can reach, in a positive, supportive environment.

I charge £100 for 55 minutes.

I supervise clinicians from a range of backgrounds (Trainee Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, Counsellors, CBT Therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners).
